According to the ASPCA 5-7 million pets enter shelters each year and roughly 60% will not find a home. There are roughly 5,000 animal shelters across the nation and many of them struggle to meet the demand of pets needing assistance. Due to the increased strain on local shelters, we have made a decision to help pets find homes when the right opportunity arises. When placing a pet, our primary concern is to find a long term home with great owners. We ask that the adopting family return the pet if they realize he/she isn't a good fit for their household. Our adoption fee for spayed/neutered pets is $120 and $95 for intact. We also require owners adopting an intact pet to sign an "Intent to Alter" letter. Pet owners must also provide veterinary records for other household pets that display current vaccine status and spaying/neutering.
